As someone who knows someone with a Leap Year birthday, I understand the daily struggle…nay, the bi-daily struggle, that arises from such a difficult life. When your baby brother, who is two years younger than you, celebrates his 38th birthday, while you are only on your 9th, it becomes a struggle for sanity, for peace.
To all Leap Year babies, in America, Mongolia, and other places: You are not alone. You just look very old for your age.
