Take a look around you. Doesn’t matter where you are, just look up, and gaze about your current location.
You’ll most likely see walls, artificial ground, a roof. The basic elements of man- made structures, and for the most part, built to keep you inside.
If I was a gambling man, I’d bet that our culture could benefit from more outdoor work. Heck, even sitting on a bench with your laptop must be healthier than working inside an air-conditioned, moldy, drab building all day, in a tiny cubicle cell among hundreds.
