I’m gonna fight for my own skills, and my abilities, and my worth as an employee. I’m not going to give up because of technicalities. I refuse to think poorly of myself for what is out of my control. I will not let anyone else dictate who I am and how I value myself.
Don’t ever work for someone who doesn’t value you.
