My wife listens to Phantom songs on Spotify, so I get to learn the soundtracks without watching the movies. So now I’ve got that duet stuck in my head, and will for the next three days, no matter how much John Mayer blasts in my car stereo and headphones. Don’tcha love technology?
Anyway, here are the cool things happening these days:
- I get to hold down the marketing department at work for two weeks while my boss is on vacation– bring on the forest fires! (I forgot, I can’t say that, we’re in California now)

- …scheduling photographers all across the country and coordinating with business owners. Did that sentence look cool?
- Bought Grand Theft Auto 5, finally, and have played it a grand total of two hours, because…
- …we live 15 minutes from hiking trails, 25 minutes from mountain ranges, 45 minutes from Disneyland and California Adventure, and 2 hours from one of the largest national parks in the country
- My cousin lives 20 minutes away and wants to go hiking
- My wife’s friends want to go hiking and Disney
- Everything is awesome
Pretty much everything. It’s hard to think of things I don’t like here.
